Championship side Preston North End, one of the most historic clubs in England, will play three friendlies this summer on the west coast of the United States.
Preston, who will be based at a Seattle training camp for 10 days, will play the following friendlies:
Seattle Sounders v Preston, July 21, Qwest Field
Monterrey v Preston, July 26, Sacramento’s Raley Field
Portland Timbers v Preston, July 28, PGE Park
All games are scheduled for 7pm PT. The team will depart for the U.S. on July 19.

PGE Park is one of the best benues for soccer in the nation…..that match will be rocking. Portland has some of the best soccer fans in the nation and they deserve an MLS club.

Portland has some great fans but I fail to see how PGE itself is a great venue for soccer.
