I still haven't received a definitive answer on whether or not leaving administration without a CVA is possible. It's highly doubtful that the CVA appeal hearing will take place before August 7th. It's hard to say how they will do, but they should hope they can get rid of a few top earners, especially Utaka who is on a ridiculous wage, but no one will pay him that much money in this day and age so he probably wants to stay as to avoid a wage cut
