Henderson, Watford Stun Southampton

Bristol City’s stay at the top of the table was short lived, as Watford moved into first position with a dramatic come from behind victory over Southampton Sunday at Vicarage Road. Darius Henderson, coming in as a substitute with his playing time diminished due to the Nathan Ellington acquisition, scored on 81 minutes as well as in injury time.

Grzegorz Rasiak and Nathan Dyer scored for Southampton, who remarkably had the opportunity to climb from 19th to 4th in the table if they had held on to a 2-1 advantage. The Saints on Wednesday host Colchester at St. Mary’s, while Watford are away to Cardiff on Wednesday.

The Saints misery seems to be getting worse by the week.

Saints still have plenty of time to turn things around. Not that I want them to procrastinate. Didn't Sunderland have a similar start last year?
